dc_blocker_cc_impl.cc, dc_blocker_ff_impl.cc : Fix uninitialized pointer.
Addresses CID 1043254, 1043255.
As long as the code properly follows the d_long_form state, existing code
is fine. However by forcing the unused pointers to NULL, we should catch
mistakes as core dumps, not mysterious failures.
