qtgui: fixes issue #852: problem with multiple input connections.
When adding message support for the QTGUI sinks, the 'nports' setting
of the sink was using strings instead of numbers, which was failing.
Added an example that explicitly exercises multiple inputs to the sinks
for future testing and verification.
