filter: continue transition to PyQt5/PyQtGraph
Added back in GridView functionality with simplified multiplot
Fixed issue with FIR filters being added multiple times to dropbox
Put the grid back on the Pz plot
Disable Ideal Band and Buffer Current Plots
Still many issues to get this back to the pre-3.8 fdtool:
- Pole Zero plot is not interactive
- Buffer current plot is disabled
- Ideal band plot is disabled
- Plot Zoom is not quite right, or I haven't figured out the default
behavior
- Axes in overlay mode need to be colored to match the curves
