Use PORTAUDIO_CFLAGS thoughtfully provided by configure. Fixes build
on NetBSD with pkgsrc, where portaudio is in
${PREFIX}/include/portaudio2 and ${PREFIX}/lib/portaudio2 in order to
allow parallel installs of v19 with v18.
