Add scheme-ish convenience functions to usrp2.scm.
Add minimal guile test code gr-usrp2.
Rename usrp2.i to usrp2_swig.i to allow insertion of guile convenience functions.
gr-uhd: Fixing makefile to define GR_HAVE_UHD for swig. This was lost in the makefile updates with the guile work. This is a better place/fix, anyway.

clean now gets rid of unittest results. Passes distcheck.
Modifying the unittest output. XML files are no longer written outside of the build tree.
Update volk .gitignores
Add test to see if Guile was built with threads enabled
Check for lt_dladvise_global and fall back to using lt_dlopenext if not found.
