GNU Radio release 3.6.1 is now available for download:

We have stopped creating a separate gr-howto-write-a-block tarball; its contents are now distributed within the main gnuradio tarball.

This release contains numerous bug fixes, some new signal processing blocks, a new Python API documentation system, and the first steps in the code reorganization that will become complete in the 3.7 API release.
